How long does it take to deploy a Vizzia device?

Deployment is fast: setup takes just a few minutes, with no fiber and no civil works required. The system is ready to operate immediately — exactly where you need it.

Who installs the devices?

Our specialized technicians handle the initial installation and train your teams to use the system. Once deployed, your staff are fully autonomous — with continuous technical support always available in the background.

Does the devices require a fiber or Wi-Fi connection?

No. Our devices operate on secure 4G/5G with optimized data usage. No fiber or Wi-Fi connection is needed, making deployment possible on any type of site.

Where is the data hosted?

Toutes les données sont stockées en France, sur des serveurs souverains certifiés ou en cours de certification SecNumCloud par l’ANSSI. Les flux sont chiffrés de bout en bout, de la caméra jusqu’au serveur.

Are you GDPR compliant?

All data is stored in France on sovereign servers certified — or currently in the process of being certified — SecNumCloud by ANSSI. Streams are end-to-end encrypted, from the camera all the way to the server.

What kind of customer support are you providing?

Yes. Built on a Privacy by Design approach, the system does not analyze any personal data (no facial recognition, no license-plate reading). Access is strictly limited to authorized staff.
